Phyllis Solomon

Phyllis advises Foresite Labs on a wide range of legal matters including enterprise structure and transactions.

Previously, Phyllis was Deputy General Counsel of a $4 billion privately held company where she led the corporate governance, strategic and commercial transactions, privacy and intellectual property functions. Prior to that, Phyllis led the legal work for a well-known entertainment technology company’s IPO and then focused on its public company responsibilities, cross-border and domestic acquisitions, and corporate legal needs ranging from employment law to export compliance. Before that, she was a transactional and securities partner for Farella Braun & Martel LLP. Phyllis received a B.A., magna cum laude, in International Relations from Pomona College and a J.D., magna cum laude, from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
