Waael supports all HR and People function needs across Foresite Labs. Waael has held People Operation Roles in various tech firms from Start-ups to Big tech since earning his degree from UC Davis.
- Waael obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology - Organizational Studies with a minor in Applied Computing And Information systems from the University of California, Davis
- Waael has lead the People Operations teams at his prior companies, hiring and mentoring prior teammates and improving processes by documenting all procedures while finding new and innovative ways to streamline operational workflow.
