Aileen Proum

Aileen provides executive support, facilities and office management, and project management at Foresite Labs.

She joined the firm in 2025, bringing prior experience from roles at Foresite Capital, Baring Private Equity Asia (now part of EQT), and Centerview Partners.

Aileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
