Christina Caubet

Christina provides legal operations support to Foresite Labs.

Christina has been in the legal services industry for the last fifteen years with a primary focus on supporting early-stage startups from formation to exit. She has experience with various types of securities transactions and reporting requirements. She has been instrumental in scaling multiple company’s internal legal processes by implementing both contract management systems and equity tracking platforms.

Previously, Christina worked as a Corporate Paralegal at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, within their corporate finance and transactions practice group, as well as their technology, entrepreneurial and commercial practice group. She has also worked in-house in a variety of roles. Most recently as a Legal Operations Manager at High Alpha Innovation, a venture studio focused on partnering with large corporations and universities. She also served as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Techstars, a mentorship driven global accelerator program. Christina graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in political science and minor in religious studies and received a professional certification in Paralegal Studies from Villanova University.
